The Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises – BUSINESSMED and the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco – CGEM jointly organized a “Training of Social Dialogue Experts” inscribed in the framework of SOLiD project, from March 28th to March 30th 2018, in Casablanca, Morocco.
The three-day training, dedicated to about 25 Human Resources Specialists and Responsible for Social Affairs in certain eminent companies operating in Morocco, was moderated by an Expert in Social Dialogue. The session was initiated by an overview on the legal framework and the evolution of the social field. This afforded an opportunity to share experiences and best practices in terms of social bargaining namely Vivo Energy Morocco – case study highlighted by its HR Manager.
The fruitful exchange was concluded by the award of certificates to participants upon the successful completion of the “Social Dialogue Training Course”.
