A poll will be organised by 200 companies in Tunisia including management and workers representatives to assess the challenges and practices of the social dialogue. The findings will be shared at the Tunisian study visit Joint Conference in the second year.
This specific action is a pilot experience at the local level to promote social dialogue and societal dialogue within local communities and workplaces. This will involve local trade unions, employers, local authorities and civil society organisations. 4 focal groups will be identified in the start-up phase and supported with resources for meetings and coaching. The process will be consolidated in the second year through continued coaching and follow-up initiatives.
